Paris is one of my favorite places on this planet. The Fashion, Culture, Food and Scenery is just beautiful.
I went for the weekend and here are the details:
Where? A small B&B on the outskirts of paris
What did you do? The Eiffel Tower, all the way to the top and we went for a boat ride on the River Seine
Favorite Meal: Hot Camembert with fresh baguette.Yummy (I'm not one for snails and Frogs legs.)

On Flight Essentials
I like to think that I am a very minimalist person and I think my blog post reflect that as I don't like to blab on about mindless things. Another thing that reflects my minimization is my On Flight Essentials, amongst a few other items here is a list of my essentials and why they are so useful.
My Favorite Magazine- Also great for midnight reading in the hotel or for round the pool
A Good Book- Nothing quite like a tear jerker on a 12 hour flight is there.
Notebook & Pens- Just incase you have a brainwave or you're really board and just want to doodle
Hand Cream and Lip Balm- that air conditioning can be really dehydrating to the skin
A comb- sitting in a chair and moving your head a lot can cause some serious static hair
Thank you for reading, what's your on flight essentials?

Is Travel A Direct Result Of Culture?
The first reason people travel is for the sun, right? Well that got me thinking; why do people travel to the UK? It certainly is not for our hot rays now is it? No, its for our CULTURE.
The UK has plenty of cultures floating around but the most prominent is the English Heritage. Ya' know, the Queen, a good old cuppa tea with strawberries and cream whilst watching Andy Murray at Wimbledon.
If there wasn't a distinctive culture linked to the UK people wouldn't travel to here would they because its not got anything special about it without its Culture and Heritage.

OOTD: The Airport Edition
Sometimes comfort and convenience should should take priority over trendy and fashionable and thats coming from someone who is the most fashion concious person ever.
So heres the details you need for a day/ night of comfy travel:
TOPSHOP BURNOUT TEE, or something baggy as who wants something tight and restricting?
LEGGINGS, probably the most comfy understated travel companion, easy to work with style wise and I know that if I'm on a 12 hour flight in leggings that the risk of my blood thickening is rare as there tight also.
TOMS, or something that are comfy and you can also slip on at off at security because who wants that whole faf at security of unbuckling and untying then rebuckling and retying, just NO!
A large bag for hand luggage is your safest bet because you gotta put all that duty free somewhere right?
Lemme know your travelling essentials

That Time I Went To Greece...
Going back to 2012, however Greece is my most favored holiday to date.

So here is all the details;
WHEN? August 2012 for two long glorious weeks.
WHERE? Heraklion on the beautiful Greek Island of Crete, unfortunately I can't remember the hotel we stayed at but I do know that the pool was amazing.
WHAT DID YOU DO THERE? A trip to Greece would not have been complete without a trip to the lepers colony on the island of Spinalonga, however I wouldn't go there if you didn't enjoy walking up rocky hills in sweltering heat. We also went to a water park up in the mountains so the when we went on the tallest slide I was really terrified. Then we did the most cliche thing ever in existence and went Olive picking.
FAVORITE MEAL? Hands down without a doubt it has to be Moussaka,. Its basically aubergines lavished in creamy white sauce...
HAVE YOU BEEN ANYWHERE AMAZEBALLS RECENTLY?

ROMANTIC OR CLICHÉ: PARIS
Ahh the penultimate scene in the typical chick flick where
he whisks the women off to Paris and proposes to her on the top of the Eiffel
Tower. Swoon.
But it would be nice if there was a bit of originality in a proposal,
don’t ya think?
I would love to be proposed to in the Alps or the Amazonian
Rainforest, (Future husband take note).
Paris is just so cliché that I would be more likely to say
no there than anywhere else.
